I can't log in.
Unfortunately, customer data from my old storefront did not transfer over to the new platform (or not easily). If you wish to set up a customer account, you will need to enter this information again. I apologize for the inconvenience.
If you have set up a customer account and can't log in, you should be able to reset your password by entering the email address you used to set up your account and clicking "forgot your password." An email will be sent to you with instructions for password reset.
If you are like me and have several email accounts and aren't sure which one you used, send me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I can look it up for you. Because of encryption, I cannot look up password information.
